The Diamond Cargo 6x10 tandem pairs the short 10 foot box with two 3,500 lb axles and electric brakes. It still swings into a tight driveway or job site, yet its 7,000 lb GVWR leaves about 5,400 lbs of payload for dense loads like a commercial walk behind mower, bagged concrete, or a generator with fuel cans. How is this different from the 6x10 single axle?
Same box size, but the tandem carries about 5,400 lbs versus about 1,790 lbs and comes with electric brakes. If your loads are light, the single axle is lighter and simpler to tow.
